Terms of Service
My commissions are for personal use only, as copyright ownership of the artworks I create originally vest in me, and are not to be used for profit. Reach out to me via Discord for commercial works as there will be additional fees for commercial rights.I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is strictly prohibited.
I will usually post my work on my social medias, unless requested otherwise by the commissioner. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio(s).Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc. might be used by me to produce merchandise for my online stores, unless requested otherwise by the commissioner.Listed prices are merely base prices. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request, or if the request falls under subjects I refuse to do.Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished! Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at MOST one (1) month max to complete the commission in case of unforeseen circumstances. Though usually my commissions are only open when I do have the time to dedicate for them, so this usually shouldn't be a worry depending on the complexity of the commissioned artwork(s).You are welcome to ask for updates in case i take too long, or if there hasn't been one in awhile! I will normally provide frequent updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give me credits by either tagging my Twitter or TikTok handle.Please provide visual references if possible! Any form of non-visual references may result in additional service fees (of ensuring the commission meets your demands) or it may be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid making mistakes in the process.Payment
At the moment, I only take payment via PayPal. I will usually ask for the full price before I start working for simpler illustrations.
For complex pieces, a 50% deposit must be paid initially, this is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.If for reasons you need to cancel your complex commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch has been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 10% of the total cost MINIMUM).Please be kind! Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process may result in me canceling the commission. A refund will be issued for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment. You may also be at risk of being blacklisted from making any future commissions.Commission Process
Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. At most, three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.Once the finalized digital artwork(s) is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work, as well as watermarked .pngs for social media resharing.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understood, and AGREE to the terms listed above.
